1. Reach out and choose your test
Message us on WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook or TikTok, book in the Cura Health app, or call 9802764664 or 9802764668. A health coordinator listens to your concern, helps identify the right test and clears every doubt before you book.

2. Choose a date, time and location
Select the date and time that suit you and share your exact address. An SMS confirmation is sent immediately.
3. The phlebotomist arrives at your home
A certified, trained phlebotomist arrives with full protective equipment and sterile collection materials. Strict hygiene throughout — professional, painless and quick.
4. Your sample goes to an A-category lab
The collected sample is transported immediately to our A-category partner lab, which works to certified quality standards for accuracy and reliability.
5. Reports — most of them the same day
Results are delivered by SMS, email and the Cura Health app, and most reports are ready the same day. Each one comes with an AI-generated analysis that explains your values in plain language.
6. A personal call to explain your results
A health technician calls you to walk through the results, explain each value and answer your questions — in the language you are most comfortable with.
7. A specialist, if you still need one
If you have remaining concerns after your report, Cura Health connects you with a doctor specialising in your area of concern.

In Kathmandu and Biratnagar you can also walk into a Cura Health centre at any time during operating hours — no appointment needed. The Kathmandu centre is opposite UN Park, Kupondole, Lalitpur; the Biratnagar centre is near Aqua Park, Tintoliya, Morang.
